In May 2022, we decided to dive headfirst into an adventure by buying an old building that spent years as a fish factory — yes, you read that right, a fish factory. The renovation was a wild ride: we yanked out old fixtures, knocked down a bunch of walls like we were auditioning for a home renovation show, and then threw in some new walls, windows, and doors just to keep things interesting. After all the chaos, dust, sweat and a lot of coffee, we finally opened our restaurant. And because we apparently can’t stop ourselves, we’ve now opened our pride and joy—the brewery!
